Where There’s Smoke There’s Fire

This beautiful autumn tree is showing off her last colors before winter sets in. Captured with the backdrop of smoke from the mountains and the slight breeze blowing the weeds around. The drawing was created with a mix of pencil and traditional pen & ink. Also utilized, for the first time, were colored grey inks. The final “POP” of color in the tree was red ink.

This is a fine art Giclee (archival) reproduction finished with a just backer board – no mat. Finished to a standard 20 x 24. Limited edition of 50; signed and numbered.
