Chesapeake Blues – 11 x 14 Giclee

A bushel of crabs caught right out of the Chesapeake Bay.The bright reds give away the fact that these are females. Captured in pen and ink, the color was added with a little bit of watercolor.

Famous all over the world for their taste, locally they are known and graded by their color and size. (This particular bushel was steamed and consumed by the artist and her family later the night they were caught!)
